Cancellation Policy

4 weeks prior to your stay, you will receive a 100% refund.
2-3 weeks prior to your stay, you will receive a 50% refund.
Cancelation less than 2 weeks prior to your stay, no refund will be honored.

*In the event we re-rent the condo, we will give you a full refund regardless of the time span.
